In Japan, dehydrated candle bush leaves is the most popular herb used as laxative tea formulation to relieve constipation. This is because it is effective and at the same time it has been proven to be safe for consumption without any known side-effect. Not only it helps to clean the bowel, it also rid off Intestinal parasite. Ideally used as diet tea or health tea to uplift the spirit. Externally, candle bush is widely used in soap, shampoo and skin-repair sun block lotions.
